  1. Social entrepreneurship: this program is an eight courses program in which students develop an understanding of community economics, microfinance, capitalization of land issues, organization management and NGO business processes 
  2. Urban community development: the goal of this program is to help graduate development skills in non-profit (NGO) leadership in marginalized communities as it focuses on the practice of church-based community development, from aid to community organization to advocacy 
  3. The leadership of urban movement: this certificate is formation for emerging ethnic and urban movement leaders’ wisdom, skills, and character in seeking transformative solutions in megacities and among ethnic people and the urban poor
