In a workshop facilitated by, Professor Perry Shaw for theological educators/ faculty and staff members of some theological institutions in Cameroon he highlighted the crucial importance of practice reflection pedagogy in the domain theological/ higher education.
He also exercises that the purpose of education is learning and not teaching. He also emphasizes that the purpose of is learning not teaching and the first step is for learners to remember what is most important. In the same vein, holistic learning has cognitive, assertive and behavioural dimension thus Christian education seeks transformation and not just information.
When what is taught in the classroom, cannot enhance practice in the real world of needs, challenges, problems and opportunities then the purpose of learning is defeated. In order words a curriculum must always be a servant to the purpose and not the master of the school

2.Competent Leadership: Continuous training, mastery of communication codes and channels, knowledge of self-employment, logistical means.
